ANNUAL REPORT & NOTICE OF AGM 
Medusa Mining Limited ("Medusa" or "the Company") advises that its Annual Report 
and Financial Statements for the year to 30 June 2010 will be dispatched to 
shareholders today along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting & Explanatory 
Memorandum. These documents will also be available for viewing on the Company's 
website (www.medusamining.com.au). 
 
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 17 November 2010, 
commencing at 11.00 am (WST) at The Sheraton Perth Hotel (Goldsworthy Room), 
207 Adelaide Terrace, Perth, Western Australia. 
 
Constitution 
Medusa also advises that its amended Constitution which was approved at a 
meeting of shareholders on 6 October 2010 is also available for viewing on its 
website (www.medusamining.com.au).
