Medusa has been informed today that as of 14 January 2011 FMR
LLC and FIL Limited were interested in a total of 15,655,243
ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents
approximately 8.32% of the issued share capital of the Company and
an increase in holding of 1,955 027 ordinary shares since the
previous notification by FMR LLC and FIL Limited on 21 December
2010.
