Annual Report & Accounts

MNC Strategic Investments Plc announces that its Annual Report & Accounts ("Report") for the year ended 31 March 2014 have today been sent to shareholders, along with Notice of Annual General Meeting (which is scheduled for 1000am on Tuesday 30 October). A copy of the Report and the Notice of Meeting is available on the Company's website : www.mncs-inv.com.

Ajay Rajpal, Chairman of MNC commented:

"The financial statements to 31 March 2014 shown in the Report largely reflect the "old" LZYE Investment Limited operating businesses, in which all trading was ceased in January, and which were divested in June. Since the year end the Company has compromised with its creditors, completely changed the Board composition, secured new investment of GBP0.556 million, changed its name to MNC Strategic Investments Plc, and adopted a new investing policy. We currently seek to make an acquisition in line with this new investing policy, and will advise shareholders of developments as appropriate".
