        Publication of Annual Report and Notice of First General Meeting


The Directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited are pleased to announce that the
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006 and the Notice of
the First General Meeting have today been posted to all shareholders.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts will be available, free of charge, for
a period of one month at the Company's registered office at Martello Court,
Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey.


The First General Meeting will be held at the Company's registered office on
Friday 20 July 2007 at 10.30am.
