Network Data announces that on 26 September 2007, it was informed that Ivan
Elliott, Non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of
10p each in Network Data ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 September at 37p each and
1,000 Ordinary Shares on 26 September also at 37p each.

Following the purchase, Ivan Elliott is interested in 128,500 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.45 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Group.
