Delisting from ESM/ AIM

Further to the announcement from BAE Systems (Holdings) Limited on 18(th) February 2011 that its offer for the entire issued and to be issued shares of Norkom had gone wholly unconditional, Norkom today announces that cancellation of listing and trading of its Ordinary Shares on the ESM and AIM markets of the Irish and London Stock Exchanges respectively will take effect on 31(st) March 2011.
