Natasa has received notification that Resource Capital Partners Inc ("Resource 
Capital"), a company controlled by Mr Chrisilios Kyriakou, a Director of this 
Company, has disposed of 8,400,000 ordinary shares in Natasa. 
 
The number of Natasa shares retained by Resource Capital is 6,142,058, which 
represents a holding of 21% in the issued capital of the Company and the 
beneficial interest attributable to Mr Kyriakou, which includes the shares held 
directly by Resource Capital, is 6,187,058 ordinary shares, representing 21.16% 
of the issued share capital of the Company.
