Transaction in own shares

Natasa advises that it has acquired, off market from non-related parties, 1,100,000 ordinary shares in the Company as a result of executing security over a AU$1 million loan granted in December 2012.

These shares have been taken into treasury on 12 March 2014 at fair value being current market price of 39.5p.

Further, Natasa has granted a call option over the 1,100,000 shares to those parties at a total exercise price of AU$1,220,000, expiring 14 February 2015.

Following the above purchase, Natasa holds 1,478,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 27,763,951 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
