The Company has received the following notification.

On 14 August 2006, the Company was advised by Gartmore Investment Limited,
Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners under Section 198 of
Companies Act 1985 ("the Act") that as at 14 August 2006 they had reduced their
interest in the issued share capital of the Company and were now the registered
holder of 14,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("the Shares") in Nettworx
Plc. The Shares represent an interest of 12.61% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
