On 13 October, the Company was advised by Baymont Developments Limited under
section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ("the Act") that as at 12 October 2006
Baymont Developments Limited hold 4,500,000 ordinary 1p shares in the issued
share capital of the Company.

The shares represent an interest of 4.05% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
