per share, QVT Financial LP was interested in 11,836,935 ordinary shares and 
voting rights in the Company as at 12 March 2009, representing 28.70% of the 
voting rights. 
 
 
Mr Peter Bonney, a director of the Company, is a partner and portfolio manager
