Further to the announcement by the Company on 16 August 2012 containing details 
of a proposed merger with Octopus Eclipse VCT plc ("Eclipse"), the board is 
pleased to announce that the directors of Eclipse are also considering providing 
the opportunity for its shareholders to participate in an enhanced buyback 
facility. Assuming the merger completes, shareholders will be able to 
participate. 
 
Full terms of the Eclipse enhanced buyback facility, together with the terms of 
the proposed merger, are expected to be provided to shareholders shortly, at 
which point a further announcement will be made.
