Notice of Annual General Meeting 
 
 
ORP wishes to announce that the first Annual General Meeting of the Company will 
be held in Guernsey on 24 April 2009 at 10.30 a.m. This is in accordance with 
the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 as amended whereby it is required to hold its 
first Annual General Meeting on or prior to 24 April 2009, such date being no 
more than eighteen months since the date of registration of the Company. 
 
 
Due to the nature of the Company's investments the audited annual accounts will 
not be finalised in sufficient time to be approved at the Annual General 
Meeting. All business other than the renewal of the Company's share buy back 
authority will therefore be deferred. It is anticipated that the audited annual 
accounts will be available during May 2009 and the Directors therefore propose 
to hold an Adjourned Annual General Meeting during July 2009 for the purpose of 
laying the audited accounts before the Company, appointing the auditors, 
re-electing the directors of the Company who offer themselves for re-election 
and approving the Company's investment strategy as required by Rule 8 of the AIM
