On 19 January 2010 the Company purchased for cancellation 2,000,000 of its own 
Ordinary shares at 10.125p per share. 
Following the transaction, the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 
36,110,992  Ordinary shares of 10p each and this is also the number of voting 
shares in the company. 
 
 
The shares were purchased because they were offered at a significant discount to 
net asset value and therefore the transaction enhances net asset value for the 
remaining shareholders.
