    Comment on press speculation

    The Company notes various recent articles that have appeared in the trade press relating to the transfer of Appointed Representatives
from Prestbury Financial Limited ("PFL") to Personal Touch Financial Services Limited ("PTFSL"). The Company confirms that PFL has entered
into Heads of Agreement with PTFSL regarding the transfer of approximately 80 Appointed Representatives affiliated to PFL to PTFSL. However,
the Heads of Agreement are not legally binding and the terms are subject to contract and there can be no certainty that the transfer will
take place.  A further announcement will be made in due course.

    Trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended until the announcement of the interim results for the six month period to 30 June
2008.
