                            Deferral of Record Date

The Board announces that the Record Date for the EGM to be held on 13 September
2007, has been deferred until 5.00pm London time on 12 September 2007.

The EGM is due to be held at the 10 a.m. EDT on 13 September 2007 at the office
of Mintz Levin Cohen Ferris Glovsky & Popeo P.C., Chrysler Center, 666 Third
Avenue New York, NY 10017, for the purpose of voting on the Resolution as set
out in the Admission Document.

All definitions in this announcement have the same meaning as terms defined in
the 'Definitions' section of the AIM Admission Document issued on 20 August
2007.
