                        AGM Statement and Trading Update

Premier Direct Group Plc, the leading nationwide shopping-at-work provider,
announces that, during its Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00 am today,
the Company's chairman, Graham Wilson, will make the following comments on
current trading:

"I am pleased to confirm that we have continued to improve the performance of
the business, helped by reductions to our operating costs made in the second
half of last year and better gross margins. Therefore, although sales in the
core shopping-at-work business have been running behind those achieved last year
as the dynamics of the retail and direct selling markets change, we expect
profitability for the half year to 31 January 2008 to show an improvement on
last year.

"The Oriflame business continues to generate both profit and cash and is trading
ahead of last year. It is particularly pleasing that the new Oriflame
shopping-at-work concept is showing positive results.

"The focus for our business is to drive sustainable development of the
distributor network, while optimising stock levels consistent with its sales
performance. Progress is being made in both these key areas."
