    Board Appointment

    The Company today announces the appointment of Aidan Scott Condie (aged 60) to the Board of Directors with immediate effect.  

    Aidan has in-depth experience of assisting companies facing operational issues with a proven track record in this field.  Since 1973, he
has worked with a broad range of companies to improve their performances, including: Anglo Austrian Patisserie Limited, where he was
responsible for returning the company to profitability after five years of losses; Fisco Tools Limited, where, as CEO, Aidan turned the
business around before overseeing the sale to a Swedish quoted company; and Citech Energy Systems Limited, where Aidan achieved substantial
operational improvements, as well as identifying and resolving revenue recognition issues.
