    ("Premier Direct" or the "Company")

    Appointment of administrator

    Following the announcement of the suspension of the Company's ordinary shares on 8 May 2008, the Board of Premier Direct has explored
all financial and strategic options available to the business in the light of its adverse financial position. In this regard, the Board has
been working closely with its creditors and its advisers with a view to maximising value to the Company's stakeholders.

    It is with deep regret that the Board has appointed administrators. Simon Wilson and Scott Gaillie of Kroll have been appointed Joint
Administrators of the Company.

    The Administrators will be undertaking a review of the Company's assets. The Board does not believe that there is likely to be any value
realised for shareholders.
