    Resignation of Nominated Adviser

    Following the announcement of 16 June 2008 that Simon Wilson and Scott Gaillie of Kroll had been appointed Joint Administrators, the
Company today notifies that KBC Peel Hunt Ltd resigned as Nominated Adviser effective from 16 June 2008. 

    It is unlikely that another nominated adviser will be appointed and unless this occurs, Premier Direct's quotation on AIM will be
cancelled on 17 July 2008.
