Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("PTI" or the "Company") was notified on
17 August 2007 that on 16 August 2007 Alpha Long Term Investments ("Alpha"), a
limited partnership which owns mutual funds in Israel, purchased 132,365 shares
of NIS 0.01 each in PTI, at NIS 0.961 (approximately 11.4p). Following this
transaction Alpha holds 1,649,441 shares in PTI, representing 6.38 per cent. of
the issued share capital.
