                    Postponement of Annual General Meeting                     

Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("the Company") announces that the
Company's board of directors has postponed the Annual General Meeting scheduled
for 26 June 2008 due to issues associated with the potential offer for the
Company's businesses in the USA and UK which has now been rejected. The meeting
will now take place on 30 July 2008 and notices will be sent to shareholders
shortly.
