of the issued class of capital. Dawnay, Day Properties Limited informs the
Company that the increase in the interest is as a result of the acquisition of
The Investment Trust of Investment Trusts Plc by Starlight Investments Limited,
a company associated with Dawnay, Day Properties Limited.
