    Prince confirms that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today the resolution to cancel the admission of the Company's
ordinary shares to trading on AIM was approved.

    Accordingly, the ordinary shares of Prince will cease trading on AIM with effect from 7am on 17 October 2008.
