Promethean World Plc (LSE: PRW) has been notified of the following transfers of ordinary 10p shares in the Company.

On 14 May 2014, Mrs Carolyn Julie Pickup, wife of Paul Pickup, sold 165,000 ordinary shares, at a price of 32.5 pence per share. On the same date, Paul Pickup sold 55,000 ordinary shares at the same price per share.

Paul Pickup is Chief Operating Officer at Promethean and a member of the Company's Senior Management Team.
