Confirmation of outturn for the year ended 31 December 2014

In its last trading update, on 19th December 2014, Promethean anticipated that revenue for the year would be approximately GBP118m - GBP120m, with a consequential impact on Adjusted EBITDA.

The Board confirms that revenue for 2014 is expected to be GBP118m and Adjusted EBITDA approximately GBP0.5m. Year-end net cash is better than expected at GBP4.7m.

Promethean World Plc will announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2014 on Thursday 19 February 2015.
