    PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund - Strategic review by Board of Directors

    PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund is a closed-ended protected cell of PSolve Alternatives PCC Limited (the "Company").

    Strategic review by Board of Directors

    Further to the announcement made on 19 March 2008 that the Board was considering the strategic options for the Fund going forward, the
Board has explored a number of different proposals.

    Several options, each of which enable shareholders to receive cash, need further investigation and during this assessment period the
Board has instructed the Company's investment manager to increase the overall cash position of the Fund. It is anticipated that the
significant majority of the portfolio will be in cash (or the redemption value will be known) by the end of September 2008. It is
anticipated that shareholders will receive a circular setting out proposals by the end of August 2008.
