Phaunos announced on 25 July 2017 that it planned to appoint Brendan Hawthorne as a non-executive Director of the Company, subject to regulatory approval in Guernsey. The Directors of Phaunos are pleased to announce that this regulatory approval has been obtained and so Brendan Hawthorne has been duly appointed.
