QuestAir Appoints New Non-Executive Director

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 11, 2007) - QuestAir Technologies Inc.
(TSX:QAR)(AIM:QAR) announced today that Mr. R. Terry Blaney has been elected as a non-executive
Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Blaney has 29 years of experience with various divisions of the Shell Group in Canada, Asia, and
the USA, most recently as Director, Downstream Business, Shell (China) Limited. Mr. Blaney has
extensive experience in the refining, logistics, marketing and retail sales sectors of the oil
industry, and has held operational and senior managerial roles in Shell Canada Limited, Shell (China)
Limited, Shell Oil Products East, and the Shell Odessa Refining Company. Previously, Mr. Blaney was
Vice Chairman and a director of the Sinopec and Shell (Jiangsu) Petroleum Marketing Company Ltd., and
a director for Shell Canada Oil Products Limited. He also served as President of RMO Site Management
Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell Canada Limited, and as President and CEO of the Shell Odessa
Refining Company. Mr. Blaney plans to retire from Shell with effect July 1, 2007, to pursue other
interests.

Commenting on Mr. Blaney's appointment to the QuestAir Board, Dr. Denis Connor, Chairman of QuestAir,
said:

experience in the global oil industry which will be invaluable to QuestAir as we aggressively market
the H-6200 hydrogen purifier to refinery customers around the world. Terry's operational experience in

business in the fast growing Asian market."

Mr. Blaney holds 1,000 shares of the Company, which he purchased prior to his appointment as a
Director. The following details regarding Mr. Blaney are required to be disclosed under schedule 2
paragraph (g) of the rules governing the operation of AIM as established by the London Stock Exchange
Plc. No other disclosures are required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g).
