The Company refers to its announcement of 31 March 2009. 
 
 
The Group has taken steps to seek protection from creditors. An examiner, David 
Hughes of Ernst & Young, has been appointed, on an interim basis, to the Company 
and all of its Irish registered subsidiaries.  Robert Hunter Kelly and Jonathan 
Sumpton of Ernst & Young LLP have been appointed as administrators to Qualceram 
Limited and Shires Limited which are subsidiaries of the Company incorporated in 
the United Kingdom.
