Appointment and Resignation of Directors

Bill Passmore and Jack Lovell resigned as non-executive Directors of the
Company on 11 December 2006. The Directors of the Company would like to thank
Bill Passmore and Jack Lovell for their contribution and commitment to the
Company over the past 5 years.

The Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of two new Directors to
the Board. Sir Colin Southgate and Patrick Seely who were appointed as
non-executive Directors on 11 December 2006.

The Directors are also pleased to announce that Mike Inwards, who has been a
non-executive Director from the inception of the Company, has taken on the
position of non-executive Chairman.

Sir Colin Southgate has been involved with technology companies since 1960. He
became chief executive of Thorn EMI in 1987 and chairman in 1989. Sir Colin
Southgate is currently a director of Virtual Music Stores Limited, Adeptra
Limited and RADDA Limited. He has also held directorships in the following
publicly quoted companies in the previous five years: Whitehead Mann Group plc,
Singer & Friedlander AIM 2 VCT plc and The Terence Chapman Group plc.

Patrick Seely has extensive experience in the communications and technology
markets as a managing director of Moreland Partners and co-founder of
Moreland's European practice. He was formerly a managing director with
Broadview International where he co-headed its media and communications
practice. Patrick is currently a non-executive chairman of Celona Technologies
Limited, a communications software company.

No further disclosures are required under Rule 9.6.13 (2), (3), (4), (5) or (6)
of the Listing Rules.
