    ResponzeTV PLC ('the Company')

    Statement re: Suspension

    ResponzeTV has today requested that AIM suspend trading in its securities pending clarification of its financial position. 

    Following a review of the financial reporting systems, certain accounting discrepancies have emerged within the Company's US operations
Reliant International Media. The board are currently investigating these discrepancies however there can be no guarantee, at this stage,
that the Company will be able to continue trading following clarification of its financial position. 

    In view of the above it is unlikely that the Company will be able to publish its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2007 by
30 June 2008 as its required under the AIM Rules. A further announcement will be made in this regard in due course.

    The Board of Directors is discussing the Company's financial position with its accountants and funders.

    Directorate change

    Kevin Harrington, Chief Executive Officer, and Tim Harrington, Chief Operating Officer, have been suspended from the board with
immediate effect.
