    ResponzeTV PLC ("the Company")

    Trading Update

    The Company provides an update following the announcement made on 22 May 2008 regarding its request that AIM suspend trading in its
securities pending clarification of its financial position.

    The Company earlier today announced the resignations of Kevin Harrington and Tim Harrington as directors of the Company and announced
that, in view of those resignations and having regard to the financial costs and time involved, the Board considered it to be in the best
interests of the Company and its shareholders to suspend its internal review within the Company's US subsidiary, Reliant International Media
LLC. 

    The Group, including its US operations, has continued to trade since the suspension was announced, and trading is continuing within each
of its Home Shopping, DRTV and International Wholesale businesses. 

    The Board is resuming work on publishing its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2007 and shareholders will be updated on
this in due course. A further announcement will be made in due course setting out in full the financial position of the Company, its future
strategy and the future trading of the Company's shares.
