Chris Havemann was today party to the following transactions:
1. The exercise at two tranches of options resulting in the issue to Chris Havemann
of 125,815 ordinary shares in Research Now Plc.
2. Chris Havemann gifted to his wife 10,000 ordinary shares in Research Now Plc.
3. The gifting of 30,000 ordinary shares in Research Now Plc to his three infant
children. Chris Havemann still retains the voting rights over these shares.
