    The Company received notification on 5 August 2008 that Viso Gero Global Inc. sold 12,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 12 June
2008 and a further 10,000,000 shares on 17 July 2008. 

    Further to these transactions, Viso Gero Global inc. now holds 121,290,000 ordinary shares representing 6.38% percent of the total
voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
