Waterloo, Canada; January 18, 2013 - Sandvine Corporation (the 'Company') announces that the following number of options to purchase common shares in the Company under the terms of the Company's Stock Option Plan have been granted as of January 17, 2013 to each of the following Directors of the Company at an exercise price of $1.81(C$):
