    Director's dealing

    SatCom announces that it was informed today that Stephen Austin, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 37,000
ordinary shares of 10 cents each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through his SIPP at a price of 26.05 pence each.

    Following this purchase, Mr. Austin's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is 37,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.06 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
