   SCHRODER GLOBAL REAL ESTATE SECURITIES LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) 
 
   RESULTS OF SECOND GENERAL MEETING AND RESIDUAL NET ASSET VALUE PER SHARE 
 
Further to the proposals for its reconstruction and voluntary winding up, the 
Company announces that the resolutions put forward at the Second General 
Meeting of the Company, held today, have been approved by Shareholders. Patrick 
Joseph Brazzill and Stuart Gardner of Ernst & Young LLP, Royal Chambers, St 
Julian's Avenue, St.Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4AF have been appointed 
liquidators of the Company. The Scheme has become effective. A copy of the 
resolutions from the Meeting are available on the National Storage Mechanism at 
www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. 
 
The Residual Net Asset Value per Share (being the net asset value per Share 
minus the Retention and after providing for the liabilities to be discharged 
out of the Voluntary Winding Up Pool) calculated at the close of business on 10 
May 2016 in accordance with the Scheme was 140.94 pence. Shareholders who have 
elected to receive cash will receive GBP1.4094 for every Share held. 
 
In accordance with the Scheme, the assets comprising the Rollover Pools are 
being revalued, in the case of the SUTL GPS Rollover Pool by the SUTL Custodian 
as at 12.00 noon today and in the case of the SISF GPS Rollover Pool by the 
SISF Custodian as at 3.00 p.m. today. The issue price for the SUTL GPS Units 
and the SISF GPS Shares should also be known later today. Accordingly an 
announcement will be made tomorrow confirming the ratio per Share of the SUTL 
GPS Units and SISF GPS Shares which will be issued to Shareholders who have 
elected to receive SUTL GPS Units and SISF GPS Shares respectively. 
 
The Company has requested the cancellation of the listing of the ordinary 
shares on the Official List; this cancellation is expected to take effect at 
8.00 a.m. on 8 June 2016.
