VANCOUVER, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arshad Shah,
President and CEO of SMS@ctive Technologies Corp. (OTC:SMSE), is
pleased to announce the following developments with the Company.
The Company has entered into a revenue-sharing agreement with a
Beijing Jiexun Infomation Technology Co, Ltd (BJI) based in
Beijing, People's Repulic of China (PRC). BJI is a web based
applications Company owned and operated by former executives of
Chinese Mobile telecom companies, having business relationships
with many regional and national carriers. BJI will assist in
SMS@ctive's technology commercialization and SMS Mobile solutions
in the PRC and several other regions of the world. BJI will
integrate short messaging services (SMS) into their existing web
based interactive services platform and will utilise smsactive's
platform to enable its subscribers to communicate through wireless
devices. BJI plans to introduce interactive services platform to
include smsactive's entertainment content, such as sports, and
music. BJI shall also provide short messaging service interface and
connectivity through the National and regional Mobile Carriers in
China. The Company is activeley negotiating with other content
providers to enter the Chinese Mobile market and also plans to open
other international gateway services to reach other regions of the
world in the near future. The Company's Office in Beijing has begun
full operations as of September 14, 2006. The Company also wishes
to clarify certain technical terminologies. The Company has
developed computer generated layers of programming information
called "Platforms" that enables our servers to communicate with
other servers using a encoded computer language. The information
generated by us is then passed onto "Gateway" servers owned by
Mobile Telecoms or Operators. The above mentioned integration
enables us to "send' and "receive" a digitized message called "TEXT
MESSAGE", which thus becomes the foundation to build and add more
content and applications. Wireless Music: China wireless market
scale surged 110% from RMB 750 million in 2003 to RMB 1.58 billion
in 2004, and is expected to be RMB 7 billion by 2008. China's ever
