The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that within the Ordinary Share Class portfolio, Borrower 4*, an anaerobic digestion plant located in Scotland has refinanced. The position was restructured and sold, repaying the fund GBP2.7 million plus the potential for a further GBP0.2 million of deferred consideration. It had a carrying value of GBP2.5 million as at 31 March 2022 with a further GBP0.1 million advanced to fund creditors post the March 2022 valuation.
