("Strathdon") or ("the Group")
WARRANTS EXERCISE PERIOD
The Board of Strathdon announce that the warrants issued following the merger of
Strathdon Investments Limited and INVESCO techMARK Enterprise Trust plc in 2004
may now be converted into ordinary shares of Strathdon ("Ordinary Shares").
Warrant holders are entitled to exercise their subscription rights between four
and eight weeks following the publication of the Group's interim and annual
reports, commencing with the announcement of the Group's interim results for the
period ended 30 September 2009 and ending with the announcement of the Group's
annual accounts for the financial year ending 31 March 2011.
Warrants will therefore be exercisable between 4 October 2010 and 1 November
2010. The registered holder of a warrant shall have the right to subscribe for
one Ordinary Share at a subscription price of 36.0p. The share price of
Strathdon Investments plc was 2.12p on 2 September 2010.
Warrant holders wishing to convert should notify the Company Secretary at the
Group's registered office; Saint Martins House, 210-212 Chapeltown Road, Leeds,
LS7 4HZ no later than 5pm on 1 November 2010.
