Strathdon Investments plc, (AIM: STV) is pleased to announce the appointment of Panos Loizou, aged 46 as a director with immediate effect.

Mr. Loizou currently holds 9,123,064 ordinary shares, equivalent to approximately 8.75 per cent. of the Company.

The Company confirms that there are no other matters which are required to be announced with regard to this appointment under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
