On 30 January 2008 Stylo plc ("the Company") was notified that on 21 January
2008 Mr Barry Simon Morris sold 13,900 limited voting ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 44.5 pence.

On 30 January 2008 the Company was notified that on the same day Mr David Edwin
Lockyer purchased 13,900 limited voting ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 44.5 pence

Following the completion of these transactions Mr Morris will cease to hold
shares in the Company and Mr Lockyer's residual shareholding will be 32,506
limited voting ordinary shares representing 0.1% of the issued limited voting
ordinary share capital.
