    Endeavors and TCB Technologies Sign Distribution Agreement

    Tadpole Technology plc ("Tadpole"), through its UK subsidiary Endeavors Technologies Ltd. ("Endeavors") has signed a distribution
agreement with TCB Technologies ("TCB"), allowing TCB to distribute Application Jukebox to enterprise organizations in Japan. TCB will also
translate Application Jukebox for the Japanese market.
