                      APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


TradingSports Exchange Systems plc ("TradingSports" or "the Company"), the AIM
listed provider of "white label" person-to-person ("P2P") betting exchange
systems, is pleased to announce that it has today strengthened its board with
the appointment of Mark Banwell MBE as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
The appointment is with immediate effect.


Mark, aged 40, has extensive experience in the financial industry with a strong
focus on technology, e-business, and gaming. Previously held positions include
Director of Technology Corporate Finance with Nomura International, Head of
e-business at Cazenove and Co., and Head of e-commerce at Nomura.


As a Major and Royal Engineer in the British Army, Mark was distinguished with
an MBE for services rendered in Northern Ireland.


Andrew Tottenham, the Chairman of the Company, commented;
