In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6,
Teleunit S.p.A would like to notify the market of the following:


Teleunit's issued capital comprises 185,944,249 shares of common stock of par
value EUR 0.0125 each. All of these shares carry voting rights.


The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, Teleunit S.p.A under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
