TripleArc announces that 2,695,000 new TripleArc ordinary shares of 5p each (the
'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted upon the exercise of share
options.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.

TripleArc now has 206,964,126 ordinary shares of 5p each in issue.
