Holding in the Company

The Company received notification on 24th March 2005 that following purchases 
totalling 1,995,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 23rd March 
2005, Morley Fund Management Limited, a subsidiary of Aviva plc, has an interest
in 25,200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing 
approximately 12.17% of the Company's current issued share capital. The
