                              Directorate Changes

The Company announces that, with effect from 28 June 2005, Peter Houston, Finance
Director, has resigned from the TripleArc Board to pursue other interests. He
will leave the Company on 15th July 2005, following the completion of a
transition period with his successor. The Board thanks him for all his hard work
and assistance in the successful integration of the Access Plus business and
wishes him every success for the future.

The Company also announces that, commencing on 5th July 2005, Richard Hodgson
will be appointed to the TripleArc Board as Chief Financial Officer. Richard,
36, joins the Company from Iron Mountain Europe ("IME"), the European division
of Iron Mountain, Inc, a leading global provider of outsourced information
management services, where he held the position of Finance Director, Europe. At
IME, Richard was responsible for a US$400m turnover business and oversaw the
completion of eight acquisitions across Europe. Prior to joining IME, Richard
was European Finance Director of Finance at Warner Music International.

Commenting on the Board changes, Jason Cromack, CEO, said:

"I would like to thank Peter on behalf of the Board for all his hard work in
ensuring the successful merger of Access Plus with TripleArc and for helping
guarantee that the early transition and integration of the enlarged group ran
smoothly.

"I would also like to welcome Richard to TripleArc. We are continuing to expand
the Company organically, but as part of our growth plan further strategic bolt
on acquisitions may be appropriate in order for us to maximise our successful
development. To this end, Richard's wealth of knowledge, gained from overseeing
a number of acquisitions whilst at IME, will prove invaluable in helping shape
the future direction of our Company. I believe he will prove a valuable member
of the team and we look forward to him joining us."

Richard George Hodgson (ACA) was previously a director of Iron Mountain Europe
Limited and its susbidiaries. In 2002, Richard set up 4 Tunes Limited, a music
industry consultancy company of which he is a director.
