                      TripleArc Plc announces Board change

TripleArc Plc announces that David Wong has today resigned as a non-executive
director of the Company in order to spend more time on his other business
interests.

Jason Cromack, CEO, commented: "David's contribution over the years has been
invaluable. Since TripleArc's inception he has given the Company much time and
effort; we greatly appreciate this and wish him continued success."

David Wong, commented: "I have enjoyed working with all the management team at
TripleArc since its foundation in 2000 and leave the Group now well positioned
to take advantage of the many diverse opportunities available. I wish the team
every success in the future."
